How to add display fields to a brief or full record

Configuration > Discovery > Display Configuration > Configure Views

If you want to add to the brief display (only four lines allowed, this is a rare change)

     Brief Record Display tab, (Customize if you haven't before), Add, choose code from Drop-down, Add, change order if necessary

To add to the full record display:

    Original Ex Libris instructions 

    Full Record services, Details, ellipsis, Configure, find your field (e.g. Subject), Edit (confirm it is using your rule)

    If your field does not already exist in the display, you will need to add it (add these instructions). Add Field - Add Field - Code - Add - Add Field, Activate. Change order if necessary
