Charge:

• Address and resolve issues regarding electronic resource management.
• Recommend solutions that address issues extending beyond electronic resource management (e.g., cross-functional or large systemic) to the ULMS Steering Committee or COLD, as appropriate.
• Seek and address the information provided by the COLD subcommittees and CSU Libraries Communities of Practice for electronic resource management.
• Complete task (if any) assigned by the ULMS Steering Committee or COLD for a project related to electronicresource management.
