Accessing Alma Analytics 

Every Alma user can “access the Shared with Me page where you can view the reports created by your institution that were shared with you.” For other menu options available under the Analytics link from the Main Menu, refer to Navigating Analytics - Ex Libris Knowledge Center. This link will take you to an external website in a new tab. “The options that appear depend on your user roles.” Refer to Designs Analytics Roles - Ex Libris Knowledge Center This link will take you to an external website in a new tab. to see which roles in Alma allows you to perform which tasks in Alma analytics. 

If you have one of the Design Analytics roles, you will most likely see 4 options from the Create Analysis section as shown below. To access Alma Analytics with a Design Analytics role, follow the steps below. 

  1. From the Main Menu in Alma, click on the Analytics icon. 

  1. Click on the Access Analytics link under the Create Analysis section.

From Alma analytics, click on the question mark icon on the top right corner to view Oracle documentation.

ULMS Assessment & Analytics Committee Open Forums 

The goal of the presentations and discussions held at the open forums of the ULMS Assessment & Analytics committee is to share knowledge and help train each other. Various topics have been covered at these open forums.
